The 2nd level ensures the team is aligned around purpose and parameters for team culture, including roles, responsibilities, a charter, team values, accountability, follow through & consequences.
The 3rd level is Systemic Coaching. It helps improve success within the context of the relationship(s) the team has with other “systems” and stakeholders in the organization.
Being able to draw on a range of statistically validated and proven tools enables us to assess the team’s needs and apply the most effective solution for maximum benefit. Accurate mapping of the team’s current dynamics and operating status shapes the design of a program tailored to meet each team’s specific requirements.
